Can I return or exchange an item I ordered from FALMARAN?


Orders are valid for returns up to 14 days after order has been received, or exchangeable up to 30 days after order has been received. Can I cancel or change my FALMARAN order?


Changing or canceling an order is only possible before any item(s) from the order has shipped. To make an order change or cancellation please email nin@falmaran.com with your order number.


How long will it take to receive my FALMARAN order?


We aim to deliver all orders in a timely manner. Once your purchase has been confirmed via email, you can expect a second shipping confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Please note that during high volume times, this may take slightly longer. Once your order has shipped and you receive said shipping confirmation email, you will be able to track the progress of your order shipment on your account page and via the tracking information provided in the confirmation email.

 

How do I know the item I ordered will fit?


FALMARAN items are designed to fit a wide variety of body types. To ensure you find the best fit, please consult the sizing guide included on each product page. You may also refer to the information for the model’s size and dimensions on each product page.

Do you offer alterations or tailoring on FALMARAN items?

We do not currently provide alteration services, however we are happy to recommend a tailor in New York City nearby to our NYC location. Please email nin@falmaran.com.

Do prices include taxes, duties, or VAT?

For customers in the United States, prices as shown do not include tax. Taxes will be calculated and displayed upon checkout before you complete your purchase. For customers in Japan, prices include Consumption Tax.

A product I was interested in is sold out online, is there any chance you have it in stock in the store? / When will a product be restocked?


Once an item, size, or colorway shows up as “sold out” on our webstore, that’s it, but inventories may be replenished from time to time. Our inventory system tracks all products both in the store as well as our distribution center. On the product page for any sold out item, you can register for email notifications to be the first to know when the item you’re looking for is available again. Please note, due to the nature of processing and manufacturing to our level of standards, replenishments may not be placed back in stock quickly, or at all, for some products.

Where is my order?

Shipping timelines vary depending on drop and item. For the most up-to-date shipping information, please visit our Shipping Status section. A shipping timeline estimate for any particular item is also made available on that item’s product page. Please also note that if you have ordered multiple items from a single drop, your package will ship only when all items in the order are prepared for shipment. You will receive tracking information via email at the time of shipment.

 

Can I make a return/exchange?

Items are eligible for exchange within 30 days of receipt. Items must be unworn and in the same condition they were received in order to qualify. Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, or any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery (based on the initial delivery date off of the tracking slip), is not eligible for return or exchange. To request an exchange, please email nin@falmaran.com.

Please note that certain items may be subject to a no exchange policy. Items that fall under this policy will be either marked as such on our website or you will be notified of the policy before checkout.

 

Can I cancel my order?

Changing or canceling an order is only possible before any itekms from the order has shipped. However, depending on available stock, we may be able to adjust the size of an item after an order is placed. To make a request for a size adjustment, please email nin@falmaran.com.

 

How do I know how much I’ll have to pay for customs?

Each country has its own customs regulations and policies that determine the fees and duties imposed on imported goods. All customers outside of the United States are responsible for the customs fees/duties that may be charged by their country. We advise looking up your country’s policies before purchasing so you are aware of any potential fees.
 

What is Route Package Protection?

Route is an optional order protection service that functions as insurance coverage for your package in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. If you choose to deselect Route at checkout, FALMARAN is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
